On Friday evening, the Italian Federal Court issued a decision to penalize Juventus, by deducting 15 points from its balance in the Italian League for this season.
The Italian Public Prosecutor demanded, this morning, that the club be punished by deducting only 9 points from its balance, but the Federal Court issued a harsher penalty against the black and white club.
The court also decided to suspend Fabio Paratici, the former Juventus and current sports director of Tottenham, for a period of two and a half years, while Andrea Agnelli, the former club president, and Arrivabene, the sports director, were suspended for two years, and Pavel Nedved, the club’s former vice president, was suspended for 8 months.

With 15 points deducted from the Bianconeri balance, the team loses its third place with 37 points, and falls back to the tenth place with 22 points, and is far from qualifying for the Champions League next season.
